This is by far my favorite washing machine of all the many Ive owned over the years There are numerous settings that are just right for any type of load. I wasnt sure about the clear lid but now it is one of my favorite features

We bought this washer in August 2022. By October it starting leaking. After putting in a service request which was cancelled once due to weather a repair guy came to the house. He has now ordered a replacement part so it will be another 10 to 14 days to get this washer working properly.

With the agitator in my new LG washer my clothes get cleaner than with the older system. This is why I wash clothesto get them clean. My husbands jeans knees finally are clean
The unit is quiet and with the glass door it is nice to see it at work. I am very satisfied.

I bought this machine because I really wanted a machine with a large drum but also I wanted one with an agitator. This offered both. My only complaint or request if someone reads this review is that the agitator have a bit more oomf. Like the agitators on machines when I was growing up. I could literally see the clothing moving what was on the bottom made its way to the top etc.... I would also like it to wash faster---72 minutes on cold for a normal wash seems like a long time. I would like more agitation and quicker washes. I dont need all the bells and whistles. I just need a machine that can handle large loads and washes them well

Purchased 1 month ago and am amazed how little water it uses. First time with a no agitator machine and cleans clothes well on very little water. Water amount is adjusted on load size. Spins clothes nice and dry so dryer time is much less.
