I purchased my depth max French door refrigerator a month ago and love it. It is spacious and easy to clean. I am enjoying the ice makers especially the one in the drawer freezer because it makes lots of ice quickly. The see-through-door is eye catching but not really useful except for conversation and makes me keep things neat. I highly recommend this refrigerator because of it being very functional with great lighting spacious and easily cleaned. I had a side by side refrigerator/ freezer before and everything fell out of the freezer when I opened the door with a narrow and deep refrigerator that I needed a map to find anything. I can put double in this unit from what I had before. Thanks LG for your design Its worth 5 stars.

We bought this 3 weeks ago to replace an older model that was going out. We loved the fact that it was simple yet had all the basic features we needed for a family. We also love the fact that with a couple knocks you can see into the refrigerator without opening it.

I bought this a month ago. I was looking for the refer. that has a door in the glass side of the LG refer. this model does not. Yes it makes ice and keeps thig cold. The freeze is actually smaller then I thought it was and the freezer shelf inside move out half way when the freezer door is opened. Thats an inconvenience.

There are a few issues that are preventing me from giving this product a better rating. Dont get me wrong it a good product but a few quirks are kind of annoying. First there is only one shelf that is tall enough to hold large bottles. The bottom center tray has a flip up shelf that does not lift high enough to get anything out of the draw. And some of the door shelves are so small you can hardly find anything small enough to fit in them. Besides these things the ice makes are great and make plenty of ice. A must have for the long Texas summer. I really like having a water dispenser on the door. We drink a lot of water and its nice not having to open the door to get it.

Overall the fridge is great I took 2 starts off for 2 reasons. First the size of the shelves were not designed great It only really gives half a shelf for milk juice or anything tall. Secondly after 6 months my ice and water dispenser became defective. I couldnt switched from water to ice etc. it is just stuck on one setting now. Currently still waiting to hear how long the new part is going to take to come in since its backordered.

I bought the refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. Having two ice makers is a big plus for us. Theres plenty of room and the storage for tall bottles like milk and juice is well thought out. The light up door is nice. I love the adaptibility of the shelves for making items in the refrigerator more discoverable.

I bought this refrigerator to put in my remodeled kitchen. At first I didnt think I would like the plastic door that you can see through but Ive come to appreciate it and I like it. I like the whole design of this refrigerator. I find things easy to reach and store. I havent used any ice yet but I see that it makes nice cubes. I also like lighted interior panel ? that shows the
temperature.

Im so happy with our purchase of the Instaview French Door Refrigerator. The space on the inside of the viewing door is wonderful. It creates so much more shelf space for general use. Love being able to adjust temps so easily just a touch.

I have had LG French Door Refrigerator before and find them to be dependable and well made. No problems with their functioning. The one I had before had a door which opened leaving the whole cabinet closed. I was surprised when this one was delivered and found it had a window and a light but I still had to open the whole door into the cabinet to get the milk orange juice or anything that was stored in the door shelves. I was disappointed. Also the shelving inside doesnt allow for taller items. I Like the ice maker with ice from door or from Freezer

We really like this refrigerator so far. Not that we are refrigerator experts but this LG is much better than the refrigerator it replaced. The French doors design with the refrigerator portion at the top is really nice nicer than we expected. The freezer in the bottom is good too it works much better for us than our old side-by side. We really like the two ice-makers we just cant easily run out of ice now that this LG is in place. Much more space with this LG than our previous side-by-side both in the refrigerator and the freezer. We needed a counter-depth given our kitchen layout and this LG fits perfectly in its spot in our kitchen. Added this LG to our WiFi easy to do. The ThinQ app is a nice-to-have. The knock-twice for the Instaview is good for keeping an eye on milk half-and-half and a few other condiments without having to open the door. All in all we are very pleased with this LG refrigerator purchase.

We love the space and layout of our new fridge. Coming from a side-by-side we love the larger capacity of both fridge and freezer. Although we dont really need the see through door it does come in handy occasionally.

We have had the LG fridge about a month now and were still impressed by all the features the dual ice makers the ample room the diverse shelving configurations the see through door and the internet connectivity We have yet to fully utilise all the features. The unit runs SO quiet All we hear is the ice bins filling. We simply LOVE IT.

This refrigerator is attractive to look at however the glass door is very difficult to keep clean and really is more of a toy than a convenience. The ice maker in the door was nonfunctional upon delivery and the store I purchased it from is unable to get out to repair it for a month. I did get assistance from LG to get it working on my own after an hour on the phone but it keeps freezing up. The retail location will not exchange it simply send a technician out to repair. Keep in mind this was delivered nonfunctional. The shelving is difficult to adjust and it is difficult to accommodate taller items such as bottles. I have other LG appliances so purchased this as a replacement for my other refrigerator I am disappointed in the quality of this item and even though LG attempted to rectify the issue with tech support it is disappointing that they do business with a retailer that will not stand behind the products they sell.

This refrigerator is awesome I absolutely love it. Its sleek stainless steel look makes it fit into any kitchen. Beautiful look And the knock feature is so cool. Just knock on the glass and it lights up and shows you what is inside the refrigerator door. Awesome feature so you dont have to open and close refrigerator all the time. Super cool and very happy

Very happy to write this review This refrigerator has been an excellent addition to our laundry room. We love the counter-depth size of it as it takes up less of the walkway through this area of the house. There is more than enough space in this refrigerator. I can fit entire platters pizza boxes etc. The doors can hold gallon jugs and they are very easy to remove and put back in. There is no struggle or tipping necessary. I love the feature of knocking on the glass panel to make the light come on. I didnt think I would use that feature and now when someone asks hey do we have anymore whatever we are looking for knock knock light comes on and yes we do The freezer rolls out easily and stores a lot. The best part there is everything is easy to see and retrieve. I like the feature of ice in the door or the freezer section. The setup for the app was easy and now we can control the temperatures from our phone. In all a great product that we are excited to have in our home

Bought this 3 months ago because the old fridge was toast. Been a good machine except the water from the dispenser tastes awful. Replace 2 filters so far and waiting 2 weeks for another one from the factory. Running without a filter right now. I love everything else about the fridge.

This refrigerator was installed 11/25/22. We left for AZ on 1/30/23 and returned 3/24/23.to a mess The refrigerator had quit working and everything spoiled and the stench was awful Three days later the repair technician came with a new compressor however the problem was with the control board. A week later he installed the new control board. I will also note that one of the control boards cover screws was missing? The fresh air filter still needs to be replaced and I am out $260 in food costs. So we now have a new refrigerator that no matter what we do baking soda charcoal coffee still stinks badly This service was ok if the refrigerator was older but in this case I believe the refrigerator should be replaced

Webe had the pleasure of using our new LG refrigerator for a couple of weeks now and we love it The refrigerator on and shelves on top make it so easy to clean/ organize the inside of the fridge. This refrigerator has an ice dispenser and two ice catching containers. We never run out of ice.

This refrigerator is amazing I love the big size Im able to now store more things in my fridge. I use to be mindful of how much I buy when Im grocery shopping but I dont have an issue anymore. I love the double knock feature where it lights up so you see inside without having to open it and having all the cold air come out. The dual ice makes more than enough for my family We use to run out of ice through the day and that became annoying real fast when all you want is to enjoy an ice cold beverage. I like the drawers to keep everything separated and organized. It comes with built in wheels so you can slide it in and out for easy cleaning. This LG fridge is just what I was looking for our family

Bought this when we remodeled our home. But did not start using it for almost 6 months later when kitchen was finished. The bottom ball ice maker is filling freezer with water and its freezing in the tray not making ice. Very disappointed to have lasted use of less than 2 years.

The footprint of the refrigerator is smaller than my previous appliance however the this device has more room in both the fridge and freezer sections. The knock twice door is great for checking how much milk I have left without having to open the door.
The device has two ice makers one in door and one in the freezer. I make cocktails at home and really have come to appreciate having extra ice when I need it.
I downloaded the partner phone app and connected the fridge. I can now troubleshoot maintenance issues and the other day was alerted to replace the ice as it had been a certain period since I last used it.

Im very disappointed in this refrigerator. I purchased it on 1/10/2023 and it was delivered on 1/28/2023 and had two difference tech to see why it was not dispensing ice. The last tech came out and I need a part he said it would take anywhere from one too three months. I will never purchase another LG Refrigerator.
